Your Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Bid Management : Lead the entire bidding lifecycle, from initial RFQ receipt to final contract award, ensuring every proposal is technically compliant and commercially viable.
  • Strategic Partnership : Act as a dedicated account manager and primary technical point of contact, fostering friendly, culturally respectful relationships rather than distant transactions.
  • Personalized Accountability : Treat customer challenges as your own and go the extra mile to ensure clients feel valued and understood.
  • Order Management : Take full ownership of orders from initiation to project completion, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
  • Vendor Registration : Manage the process of becoming a registered vendor for new customers to expand our inquiry pipeline and market reach.
Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)
  • Technical Foundation : You hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred) or Business Administration.
  • Industry Experience : You have 3–5 years of progressive experience in tendering, procurement, estimation, or sales within the industrial or energy sectors.
  • Personal Integrity : You are honest to a fault, ethical, and take full responsibility for your actions and results.
  • Detail-Oriented & Driven : You possess a hands‑on mentality, are comfortable with mathematics, and have a desire to optimize workflows.
  • Communicator : You are fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or German is a significant advantage for bridging our global offices and markets.
