Job Responsibilities / Technical and executive
- Responsible for all routine maintenance activities shall be in line with company operating policies and procedures.
- Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.
- Inspects HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventive maintenance.
- Installs heating and air conditioning equipment and systems for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities.
- Repairs heating and air conditioning systems and/or components (e.g. pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring a comfortable work environment.
- HVAC is an acronym for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, each of which is used to control temperature and humidity and comfort within an indoor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
- As per the schedule based on SOP frequency perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions so to preventive major breakdown equipment and machines.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- To cooperate and follow direct manager instructions and meet rotation plan between sections as per work needs and business requirements.
Mandatory Job Responsibility
- Before stating Engineering work obtained EHS work permitted as required.
- Providing required information to investigate deviation and non-conformances.
- All related Equipment’s Notification and P.M. Order performed as per the schedule and close the notification on time without any delay and daily monitoring for HVAC System should maintained as per the approved SOP procedure.
- Follow related SOPs to complete the documentation without any errors and follow Good Engineering Patrice.
- Technician has planned vacation should inform his superior earlier based on that superior will arrange his task to another technician.
- Before starting any Engineering task technician must ensure that GMP related procedure are followed that can have impact on product quality.
