Job Title: Senior Technical Sourcing Specialist ( Recruitment )

Role Purpose
Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing for technical and engineering positions across major clients. Ensure high-quality talent pipelines, rapid sourcing turnaround, and full alignment with client requirements and Project/SMP needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Market Research
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche technical roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, QC, Safety, Project Controls, Technicians, etc.).
- Use advanced search techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals).
- Conduct market mapping for specialized roles and emerging skills.
- Maintain updated talent pools for urgent replacements and mobilization needs.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Perform initial technical screening based on client JD, SMP criteria, and compliance.
- Review CVs for accuracy, qualifications, and client-specific requirements (Aramco/SABIC approvals, certificates, years of experience).
- Conduct phone screening and evaluate availability, notice period, and salary fit.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal hiring managers and project teams to understand requirements.
- Prepare shortlisted CV packs and present qualified candidates.
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients or internal teams.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure completeness of candidate documents (passport, certificates, GOSI, Qiwa, approvals).
- Follow JAL recruitment processes, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Ensure all sourcing records are updated in trackers and shared folders.
Performance Reporting
- Prepare weekly sourcing dashboards and pipeline status.
- Highlight shortages, bottlenecks, and provide sourcing solutions.
- Track KPIs: CV submission speed, interview success rate, time-to-source.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–12 years of experience in technical recruitment/sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of SMP, hiring practices.
- Strong communication skills (Arabic/English).
- Advanced Boolean and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage high-volume and urgent requirements.
