A leading power systems firm based in Dammam is seeking a Senior Technical Office Engineer specializing in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering. Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in SEC substation projects.
• Contractor background in EPC (Power Generation, EHV/HV Substations).
• Ability to prepare materials quantity take‑offs and subcontractor invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and specifications for SEC EHV/HV substation projects.
• Assist in providing technical documents to the construction team.
• Follow up on submittals from the main contractor and prioritize requirements.

Skills

Strong knowledge of SEC standards

Proficient in English

Good communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
