RequirementsSkills and Competencies:- Bachelor's degree in administrative sciences, banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in the banking sector, with a strong focus on execution.
- Holder of a specialized professional certification such as CCO or ACAMS, in line with Saudi Central Bank requirements.
- Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
- In-depth knowledge of internal and external policies, procedures, and updates governing work.
- Knowledge of laws and regulatory frameworks governing banking operations.
- Strong familiarity with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) instructions, regulations, and financial/banking systems.
- Knowledge of all banking operations, their legal and technical aspects, and associated risks.
- Comprehensive understanding of the bank's services and products.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with applied systems.
