GT Medical is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for the medical devices and medical equipment sector, attracting top talent to support our growth and innovation in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial intake meetings through to candidate onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements, product knowledge needs, and market dynamics in the medical equipment sector.
- Conduct behavioral interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a seamless and efficient selection process.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles within the medical equipment sector.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, compensation trends, and market
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Optimize recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the medical equipment, medical devices, or healthcare technology industries.
- Proven experience sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the medical devices and medical equipment sector.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
