Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial intake meetings through to candidate onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements, product knowledge needs, and market dynamics in the medical equipment sector.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a seamless and efficient selection process.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles within the medical equipment sector.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, compensation trends, and market
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Optimize recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the medical equipment, medical devices, or healthcare technology industries.
  • Proven experience sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the medical devices and medical equipment sector.
