Resource Knowledge and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information systems, computer engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in system administration for Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiar with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Ability to diagnose complex system issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
