As the Senior Stakeholder Manager, you will oversee stakeholder engagement for the Roads Program, ensuring that all efforts align with our vision and operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure projects, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain relationships across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies tailored to various stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and project partners involved in the Roads Program.
  • Lead the creation of communication materials, including reports and presentations, that articulate the program's progress, impacts, and value to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation techniques, ensuring stakeholder concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Track stakeholder engagement activities, measure satisfaction, and report outcomes to senior management, providing insights that guide decision-making.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that stakeholder feedback is integrated into the project planning and execution phases.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of stakeholder engagement excellence within the Roads Program.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and stakeholder sentiments to inform engagement strategies and align with best practices.

Qualifications
