We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Strategic Procurement (CORS38) who will be crucial in managing procurement strategies that support our ambitious projects. The Senior Specialist will oversee the development and implementation of procurement strategies across various categories, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, enhancing supplier relationships, and driving efficient procurement practices essential to the project's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic procurement plans that meet project requirements while achieving cost efficiencies and quality standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with all procurement policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs and timelines.
  • Implement supplier diversity and localization initiatives to support local economic development.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports, providing insights for decision-making and strategy formulation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably in large-scale projects or sectors such as construction and infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
