As part of the visionary Qiddiya Investment Company, a major initiative under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist in Strategic Procurement. This role will be pivotal in managing procurement strategies that are essential for the successful execution of various projects integral to our world-class entertainment and lifestyle destination. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing procurement strategies across multiple categories to meet operational and project goals. You will collaborate with diverse teams to enhance supplier relationships, ensure compliance with procurement standards, and drive cost efficiencies, ultimately contributing to the profitability and sustainability of Qiddiya’s projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with Qiddiya's strategic objectives, focusing on cost effectiveness and quality control.
  • Conduct strategic market analysis to identify available suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and initiate negotiations to achieve best-in-market pricing and terms.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement is aligned with project timelines and business unit needs.
  • Support the integration of local content and supplier diversity initiatives throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting for procurement processes, aiming for transparency and informed decision-making.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management, preferably within large-scale projects, such as construction or infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, category management, and supplier negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and relationship management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
