In this crucial role, you will be responsible for executing procurement strategies that align with project requirements and objectives. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and services essential for our residential projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and market analysis to source competitive and quality offerings.
  • Facilitate the procurement process, including drafting requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand project timelines, specifications, and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
