You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure the procurement of high‑quality materials and services essential for our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and market analysis to source competitive and quality offerings.
  • Facilitate the procurement process, including drafting requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
