From F1-grade racetracks and theme parks to stadiums and performance venues, we’re creating a destination like no other. This is more than a project, it’s a national transformation. As construction accelerates, we’re hiring ambitious talent to help shape it. The Senior Specialist – Project Risk supports the planning, analysis, and monitoring of project risk across the Transport Business Unit (TBU). Working within a complex, fast-paced giga-project environment, the role helps maintain robust risk registers in ARM, contributes to qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, and tracks mitigation effectiveness to enable informed decision-making. Partnering closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Planning, and external delivery partners, the Senior Analyst turns data into clear insights, prepares risk dashboards and reports, and helps embed a consistent, ISO 31000-aligned risk culture. The role contributes to cost/schedule certainty, compliance with governance standards, and timely project delivery.
