Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of an extraordinary entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Hospitality Strategy Support. In this critical role, you will support the development and execution of hospitality-related strategies, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the formulation of hospitality strategies that align with the overall vision and goals of Qiddiya.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies aimed at enhancing the guest experience.
  • Support the implementation of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of hospitality initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations related to hospitality strategy.
