Role Purpose

The DevelopmentSeniorSpecialistwill play a key supporting role in the planning and execution of residential and mixed-use development projects.
The incumbent will assist the Development team in project management, research, analysis, and coordination activities to ensure successful project delivery aligned with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Development Manager in managing day-to-day project activities across various development stages, from feasibility and design through execution.
- Conduct research and gather data related to market conditions, regulations, and development benchmarks to support informed decision-making.
- Assist in preparing project presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants (e.g., architects, engineers, and advisors) to ensure timely flow of project information.
- Monitor project schedules and deliverables, flagging potential risks or delays.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and coordination meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Maintain accurate project records and contribute to the preparation of progress updates and management reports.
- Assist in evaluating project feasibility, including financial, design, and regulatory considerations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in project management, real estate development, architecture, or consulting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
