Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Specialist - Cybersecurity Compliance Management to enhance our compliance efforts within the cybersecurity domain. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure that our cybersecurity practices meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our commitment to cybersecurity compliance, enabling the organization to effectively manage risks and protect our information assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the cybersecurity compliance management framework across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough compliance assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Support the organization in preparing for audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote compliance awareness and effective communication of compliance requirements.
  • Research and analyze emerging regulations and best practices in cybersecurity compliance to inform internal procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and initiatives for management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to training and awareness programs aimed at fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Assist in responding to compliance-related inquiries from regulators and auditors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance or related roles.
  • Understanding of key cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Experience in conducting compliance assessments and audits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar are a plus.
