A food-focused group is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to manage culinary operations in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong leadership and extensive experience in high-volume kitchen environments. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality, training staff, and supporting menu development. The salary package is competitive at SAR22-24k per month, including bonuses and medical benefits.

The Senior Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in managing day-to-day culinary operations within a high-volume catering production environment. This position ensures consistent food quality, efficient production workflows, and strict adherence to food safety standards. The Senior Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in menu development, staff training, procurement coordination, and the execution of all catering requirements.
Salary packages Offered: SAR22-24k pm all inclusive plus bonus, medical, etc
