Job Summary

The Red Hat KSA Sales organization is seeking a Senior Account Solution Architect with proven experience in the Energy sector to join our Account SA team based in Riyadh and lead high-impact technical engagements across strategic accounts. This role is pivotal in delivering Red Hats value throughout the full customer lifecycle from early discovery and solution design to adoption success and growth.

Leveraging deep technical knowledge industry understanding and solution selling skills you will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers navigate complex situations with Red Hats offering.

This role involves leading and coordinating cross-functional teams including sales Platform services and customer success to ensure strategic alignment impactful execution and the achievement of measurable outcomes.

Success relies on building strong client relationships architecting innovative and scalable solutions and driving sustained customer value. A proactive customer-centric approach is essential along with the capacity to foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders and ensure customers achieve lasting success.

What You Will Do
  • Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts building strong relationships to understand their goals challenges and desired outcomes while serving as a trusted advisor to their technical teams. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the customers business and how Red Hats solutions impact their success.
  • Act as the technical advisor to the Sales team providing strategic input on all technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and mitigate technical blockers understand requirements and align Red Hat solutions with customer needs.
  • Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
  • Design and present technical solutions that address customer challenges and align with business objectives.
  • Lead technical sales conversations articulating how Red Hats portfolio meets both technical and organizational needs.
  • Demonstrate the business impact of Red Hat technologies through technical demonstrations discussions and proofs of concept.
  • Own the technical win for each opportunity by coordinating the right people resources and messaging to achieve customer acceptance.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support resolving issues and driving adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction identify opportunities for expansion and upsell and address any gaps.
  • Act as a voice of the customer within Red Hat providing actionable feedback on products features and services.
What You Will Bring
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in solution architecture consultative selling and managing the full sales lifecycle (pre- and post-sales) with customers.
  • Experienced in Red Hats product portfolio with expertise in key technology domains such as hybrid cloud automation virtualization containerization DevOps and platform engineering.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in customer success technical account planning or related roles focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong discovery problem-solving and analytical skills to uncover customer requirements and architect the right solutions.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment leveraging Red Hats open culture to meet business goals.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills across multiple customer accounts.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how technical engagements impact business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and business requirements.
