Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financials Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintainscalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Architect and implementmicroservices-based applicationsusing.NET Core.
• Develop and optimizeRESTful APIsfor seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.
• Work withSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)andNoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implementauthentication, authorization, and security best practices(OAuth, JWT, encryption, API security).
• Collaborate with DevOps to manageCI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensuresystem scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Work withevent-driven architecturesusing Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.
• Performcode reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best coding practices.
• Stay updated onemerging backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ yearsof experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in.NET Core.
• Strong experience withmicroservices architectureand distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge ofSQL and NoSQL databases(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience withDocker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience withmessage brokers(Kafka, RabbitMQ) for event-driven systems.
• Strong understanding ofAPI security, authentication mechanisms, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge ofCI/CD tools, such as Jenkins.
• Experience withscalability and high-availability architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor junior developers.
