A leading oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an administrative support professional to manage office operations and assist in various administrative tasks. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, along with strong communication and document preparation skills. This role involves maintaining organized records, handling inquiries, and coordinating schedules to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support, involving managing office operations, assisting with communication, and supporting various administrative tasks.

1-3 years of experience in Secretarially/Office Support field preferably in oil & gas sector.
Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
Language Skills (English and Arabic)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
