An international oil and gas company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced individual for administrative and secretarial support. Your role will involve managing office operations, assisting with communication, and supporting various tasks. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in business administration and 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly within the oil and gas sector. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.

1-3 years of experience in Secretarially/Office Support field preferably in oil & gas sector.
Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
Language Skills (English and Arabic)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
