Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, product delivery, or program coordination, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Experience working in multi-team or scaled Agile environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms, mobile applications, or web-based solutions is an required.
• Agile Coaching or Program/Delivery Management certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, backlog management, and user story creation.
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, designers, and business teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Critical thinking, initiative, and ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints
