About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a critical role focused on driving growth and expanding our presence in the KSA market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling Salesforce or similar CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales. This position is best suited for a highly driven individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the KSA market.
• Lead consultative sales engagements, positioning CRM solutions to meet client needs and challenges.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across enterprise clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of the CRM ecosystem, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong track record selling Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM/ERP software solutions.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
