OBJECTIVES

Our client is looking for a senior sales manager to lead strategic sales and revenue growth across the public and private sector in Saudi Arabia through proactive client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of the company’s portfolio of consulting, research, and data-driven solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets and market growth objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and close high-value clients in the KSA private sector across multiple industries.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationship at C-suite and decision-maker levels.
  • Pitch DRC’s catalog of services (Data, Research, Consultancy, Data Collection).
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales team members to enhance performance and pipeline efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure tailored client solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to drive product and service enhancements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to strengthen brand presence.
QUALIFICATIONS
