Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that maximize market share and performance.
- Set clear individual and team KPIs; monitor results through CRM systems and data-driven insights.
- Conduct daily meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations to maintain focus and momentum.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to align on lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, performance data, and customer feedback to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- 6–7+ years of B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate, brokerage, or other high-value consumer industries.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Strong leadership background managing 10+ direct reports (20+ total).
- Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Resilient, self-driven, and able to lead under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
