- Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with a strong closing rate.
- Develop strategic approaches to target high-potential customers and key decision-makers.
- Lead product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Mentor junior sales executives, providing training and guidance to improve their performance.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team leader to enhance processes, pricing strategies, and product bundling.
- Deep understanding of the technical onboarding process, integrations, and hardware setups to provide consultative sales solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, POS, or related software solutions.
- Proven track record as a top performer with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage and nurture long‑term client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior sales executives.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
