Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts for TabSense products.
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with a strong closing rate.
  • Develop strategic approaches to target high-potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Lead product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Mentor junior sales executives, providing training and guidance to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team leader to enhance processes, pricing strategies, and product bundling.
  • Deep understanding of the technical onboarding process, integrations, and hardware setups to provide consultative sales solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, POS, or related software solutions.
  • Proven track record as a top performer with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage and nurture long‑term client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior sales executives.
  • Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
  • Passionate about technology and thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment.
