Objective
- Responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, responding to their queries promptly, and aspiring to deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Preparing and developing presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
- Collaborating with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide Sales support.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and target customers.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to management.
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Contributing to the company’s growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape, etc.
- Managing forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Computer science / business administration or any related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience as senior sales executive, preferably in the capital markets sector.
- Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations that demonstrate a clear ability to hunt within sales territory.
- Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders in market data, business groups, technology, and product management.
- Proficiency with CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms. MS PowerPoint, Excel.
- Successful sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions for Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Banking.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition and ROI.
- Coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex sales with multiple decision-makers.
- Ability to manage internal resources to navigate and complete the sale cycle.
- Building and managing a Sales pipeline and Achieving / Exceeding Quota.
