Role Purpose

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for sales tasks and achieving the given sales target. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
  • Developing and sustaining long‑lasting relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections).
  • Monitor and report on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
  • Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Developing in‑depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborating with the product & marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Informing product manager of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products and solution offering meet current market needs.
  • Preparing cost‑benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Collect, complete, and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.
Education & Certifications

University degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.

Required Years of Experience

2-3 years Proven Sales experience in related field.
