Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead our industrial lubrication division , Our company specializes in providing high-performance synthetic solutions to Saudi Arabia’s core industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining, and Power Generation.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader capable of identifying lubrication-related failures and providing comprehensive fluid solutions—ranging from specialty barrier fluids and food-grade lubricants to high-temperature synthetic greases and gear oils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Engineering: Conduct detailed site surveys to identify critical lubrication points and recommend optimal fluid solutions for pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and mechanical seals, and do lubrication test by our test machine

  • Fluid Management Solutions: Consult on Barrier Fluid selection and the implementation of high-performance synthetic programs to extend equipment MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

  • Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across the Upstream & Downstream Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, and Power & Water Utility segments, focusing on maintenance, reliability, and rotating equipment departments.

  • Competitor Conversion: Analyze existing mineral oil or standard lubricant applications and develop technical "Value-In-Use" propositions to transition clients to superior synthetic technologies.

  • Technical Follow-up: Oversee the entire technical sales reporting, performance monitoring, and ensuring consistent product availability for critical plant operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in industrial sales within the Saudi Arabian market.

  • Technical Knowledge: * Deep understanding of synthetic base oils (PAO, PAG, Esters) and their advantages over mineral oils.

    • Strong familiarity with API 682 standards and lubrication requirements for rotating equipment.

    • Experience with Industrial Reliability practices (Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis, etc.).

  • Certifications: ICML (MLA/MLT) or STLE (CLS) certifications are highly advantageous.
