Your Role International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
  • Developing and managing the Approved Partner Business / OEM Sales strategy for Saudi Arabia.
  • Expanding the portfolio of HVAC field devices (esp. valves & actuators, thermostats, and damper actuators).
  • Assess market (verticals, end-users, contractors, approved partner, and OEM) and define partner‑strategy with the aim to increase market share for Siemens HVAC field devises & OEM portfolio.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the department attains its sales quotas while maintaining or exceeding booking gross margin objectives.
  • Acquire/develop Approved Partners & OEM for the HVAC field devises portfolio in line with the agreed strategy. Increase share of wallet by promoting entire Buildings‑offering.
  • Ensure efficient sales support for WR approved partners, OEM and customers with HVAC field devises product portfolio demand.
  • Plan and ensure sales volumes, customer visits and strategic activities in WR.
  • Analyse the specific market conditions and build a sound market‑related network of stakeholders.
  • Prepare customer contact, build, and maintain a customer‑focused network.
  • Prioritise customers based on potential and opportunities and allocate effort (# visits).
  • Develop new customers, partners & OEM to gain additive potential/revenues.
  • Coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with Back Office/other involved professionals and management.
  • May act as a point of contact to assigned customers in commercial matters and influence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
  • Establish and support value selling through partners & OEM.
  • Orchestrate sales approach towards partner together with technical sales.
  • Conduct sales training and provide support for product selection and value engineering.
  • Develop relationships with various consultants, end users and contractors to increase reach of our existing approved partners & OEM.
  • Collect data related to market transparency to enable preparation of business growth plans and strategy.
  • Develop/maintain close relationship with entire approved partner & OEM organization, have good understanding of SWOT of approved partners & OEM.
  • Generate leads by meeting contractors regularly, coordinate with partners for timely submission of offer, reply to queries, submittal etc. to enable winning orders. Work with consultants to make presentations, specify products, submittal approval/comments etc.
  • Establish and support value selling through approved partner.
  • Provide support to approved partner & OEM, with focus on customer value add, customer potential and customer satisfaction (managing outlets, marketing activities, campaign management, etc.).

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
  • Three to Five years of equivalent work experience in the HVAC industry.
