  • Achieve assigned booking, sales, and GM targets through proactive account management and business development.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions for projects, leveraging your mechanical engineering expertise.

About the Role

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with a mechanical engineering background and proven leadership skills to manage and grow our RLC business with dealers and contractors in the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate is extroverted, customer-focused, and skilled at building strong relationships. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive project wins, increase Share of Sales, and achieve booking, sales, and gross margin targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the RLC business by working closely with dealers and contractors.
  • Build and enhance relationships between Carrier and key partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Identify and secure new projects to increase Carrier’s Share of Sales (SoS) in the RLC segment.
  • Achieve assigned booking, sales, and GM targets through proactive account management and business development.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions for projects, leveraging your mechanical engineering expertise.
Performance Indicators
  • Training & Development: Complete required training courses on a quarterly basis.
  • EH&S Compliance: Adhere strictly to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute actively to the ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) process when needed.
  • Ethics & Integrity: Fully comply with Carrier’s Code of Ethics.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in multinational HVAC companies.
  • Extroverted, confident, and relationship-oriented, able to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
