Qualifications

• 15–20 years of field experience managing rotating equipment in relevant industries.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in KSA on SABIC & ARAMCO projects.
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures, safety standards, and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture.
• Lead and oversee third-party contractors and consultants.
• Analyze rotating equipment performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in troubleshooting and maintenance.
