Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Senior Reporting Manager responsible for the execution of The Line within NEOM. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining the single source of truth for project performance data, consolidating schedule, cost, and risk information into clear, actionable executive reports.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong Project Management background to fully understand the contextual significance of the data being reported, ensuring that all reporting is robust, forward‑looking, and drives informed decision‑making across the multi‑billion dollar program.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Master Reporting Framework: Design, implement, and govern the integrated Project Reporting Plan, defining standards, templates, and procedures for all internal and external status updates.

  • Data Consolidation: Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of performance data (schedule, cost, resources, risk) from various contractors and work streams across The Line development.

  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver high‑quality, executive‑level dashboard reports and presentations for Parsons leadership, client stakeholders, and the NEOM management team, highlighting variances, trends, and mitigation strategies.

  • PM Integration: Leverage Project Management expertise to translate complex project controls data into strategic business insights, focusing on Earned Value Management (EVM) and forecasting.

  • System Oversight: Ensure the accurate integration and utilization of project controls systems (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, or similar) to generate reliable, time‑sensitive reporting.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior reporting analysts, ensuring consistency and adherence to PMO standards across all submitted documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Project Controls, Reporting, and Program Management, with a focus on large‑scale infrastructure or construction mega‑projects.

  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience in a Project Manager or Project Controls Manager capacity is mandatory, providing an understanding of project lifecycles and delivery risks.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
  • Direct experience working on the NEOM, The Line project or other comparable, complex Saudi Arabian Giga‑Projects is highly preferred.

  • Expert proficiency in project scheduling software (P6) and advanced data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
