The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Job Purpose

Provide specialized knowledge and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of circuit breakers, switches & sockets. Ensuring product compliance, optimizing performance, and providing technical guidance to support the effective functioning of electrical systems.

Key Accountability Areas

Design & Review

• Participate in Design, Production, and Quality Committees as an internal stakeholder.
• Review and approve materials within the Material Committee for development projects.
• Ensure alignment between design input and output throughout the development cycle.

Product Development

• Develop and localize new products from external suppliers.
• Identify and initiate New Product Development (NPD), Quality Improvement, and Value Engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business cases for proposed projects.

Documentation & Costing

• Estimate and finalize product and project costs.
• Prepare project charters and detailed development plans.
• Review and release models/drawings for manufacturing, including in-house and B/O items.

Project Execution

• Conduct project release meetings with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT).
• Oversee SAP BOM release for production readiness.

Intellectual Property & Strategy

• Conduct IP studies and implement protection strategies for new developments.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

• Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
