Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities.
• Establish and maintain project cost plans and budgets.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage procurement strategies and contract awards.
• Administer contracts, including variations and claims.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to the client.
• Coordinate with design and project management teams.
• Lead, mentor, and manage QS and commercial team members.
