Job summary

A leading consultancy firm based in Riyadh is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and contract administration for the KAFD project. The successful candidate will prepare BOQs, monitor costs, evaluate contractor payments, and ensure financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle. A Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or Civil Engineering, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience, is required. Fluency in Arabic is essential, and proficiency in QS tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy-based QS roles.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Evaluate contractor payment applications and variations.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Review contract documents for financial risks.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to resolve commercial issues.
• Maintain accurate cost records and contract documentation.
• Participate in negotiations for cost efficiency.
