Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support our world‑class projects within the NEOM region of Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in managing the financial and contractual aspects of major infrastructure and construction programs, ensuring cost control and adherence to contractual obligations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage all contractual and financial aspects of the assigned work packages on the NEOM project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency.

  • Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of variations, claims, and change orders with contractors and subcontractors.

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for large-scale infrastructure and construction phases.

  • Prepare and finalize monthly payment certificates and final accounts in accordance with contract terms.

  • Provide expert contractual advice to the Project Management team on matters related to cost control and risk mitigation.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Quantity Surveying, with significant exposure to large, complex infrastructure and construction projects (preferably within the Middle East/GCC).

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
  • Sector Specific: Demonstrated experience with major FIDIC contracts and administering large‑scale design‑build or EPC contracts. Experience in the Saudi market is highly desirable.
