Qualifications

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Saudi Arabia

We are recruiting a senior Quantity Surveyor to manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. The role spans airfield/airport, MEP, modular buildings, and large‑scale civil works. Core responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and cost plans for all project stages.
  • Managing project budgets, financial planning, cost control, procurement and contract administration.
  • Supporting value engineering, tendering, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
  • Mentoring junior surveyors, leading estimation teams and maintaining cost data accuracy.
  • Co‑ordinating with architects, engineers and stakeholders (including clients such as SABIC and ARAMCO) to resolve cost‑related queries.
  • Compiling financial reports, ensuring policy compliance and recommending cost‑optimisation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–10 years of experience in quantity surveying for civil, MEP or modular construction.
  • Proficiency with QS software, AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills (English and Arabic preferred).
  • Experience in contract compliance, risk assessment and value engineering.
