JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will play a key role in our project teams, ensuring accurate financial planning and management for our construction projects. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to manage costs effectively and meet both company and client objectives, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.


  • Oversee the quantity surveying activities across various stages of projects, ensuring that financial and contractual aspects are meticulously managed.
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Lead the cost control process by conducting regular budget reviews and forecasting for ongoing projects.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on project costs and financial performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage variation requests, ensuring all changes are documented and costs are captured accurately.
  • Conduct site evaluations and progress assessments to validate work completed and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Mentor junior quantity surveyors, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., MRICS) would be advantageous.
