Job summary

A food manufacturing company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee its Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the food industry and possess strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and food safety regulations.
• HACCP and food safety certifications (PIC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Supervise QA/QC teams and provide technical guidance.
• Manage and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate across departments to maintain product quality.
