The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in QA / QC within the construction industry, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant QA / QC experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Establish and oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with teams to address and resolve quality-related challenges.
• Compile and assess quality reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities.
• Facilitate training sessions on quality assurance best practices.
