Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of PM experience in construction administration
• Minimum 10 years direct site supervision/on-site management experience
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices
• PMP certification or equivalent industry credential
• Experience managing construction projects in the Middle East region
• Experience with cost estimation and value engineering
• Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes
• Experience with safety management systems and incident investigation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities per schedules and budgets
• Lead and mentor site teams including contractors and laborers, fostering safety and accountability
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets; identify variances and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure HSE compliance
• Manage project documentation, daily reports, and regulatory submissions for Saudi authorities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government agencies for transparent communication
• Analyze and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans for delays or overruns
• Ensure QA/QC measures throughout all construction phases
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management
• Develop and refine project schedules using industry-standard tools

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager (Site Supervision) to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of site operations and project execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects in dynamic environments.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Lead and mentor site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, while fostering a culture of safety and accountability
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets; identify variances and implement corrective actions promptly
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and regulatory submissions required by local Saudi Arabian authorities
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government agencies, to address concerns and maintain transparent communication
• Analyze and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential delays or cost overruns
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control measures are implemented throughout all construction phases
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges
• Manage procurement and logistics for site materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocation
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety incidents, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and refine project schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologies

What do we need from you

• Minimum 20years of project management experience in construction administration services
• Minimum 10years of direct site supervision and on-site management experience
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations, building codes, and local compliance requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent industry credential
• Previous experience managing construction projects in the Middle East region
