Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for healthcare facilities, from concept through design to construction and handover.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, architects, and engineering teams to ensure that facilities are designed to meet the necessary healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and healthcare stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure the facilities meet the specific needs of the community.
  • Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment, promoting best practices and effective communication among team members.
