The SPM is a senior‑level professional responsible for overseeing and managing related projects. The role requires strong leadership, project and development management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of mixed‑use developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate a team of professionals involved in the project, such as engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Budget Management: Establish and control project budgets, ensuring that the project is delivered within the allocated financial constraints.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with key stakeholders, including clients, management, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure the project adheres to all applicable mixed‑use project regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high‑quality standards throughout the project, ensuring all deliverables meet established criteria.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
