This high-level position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience managing complex infrastructure initiatives, guiding them from conception through completion while ensuring alignment with our organization’s ambitious vision for an innovative and interconnected future.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing road and highway construction, enhancing transportation networks that support Qiddiya’s development goals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for roads/highways projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from planning and design to execution and delivery, ensuring all phases are completed successfully and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and planning, to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Manage extensive budgets, resource allocation, and contract negotiations while ensuring adherence to financial targets.
