The Senior Project Controls Manager will lead the project controls function, ensuring consistent planning, monitoring, and reporting across all design projects. This role is responsible for implementing and managing project control systems, resource planning frameworks, PMIS platforms (such as Oracle and other digital tools), and processes that support efficient, high‑quality design delivery.
The ideal candidate will come from a design or engineering background, with strong understanding of the design project lifecycle, design stages, and the operational requirements of a multidisciplinary design consultancy. While not required to be a registered architect, the candidate must understand workflows from concept design through schematic, detailed design, and IFC documentation.
This role leads a team of planners, engineers, and project controllers, ensuring accurate forecasting, effective resource allocation, and performance analysis across multiple concurrent design projects.
