Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in project controls (Cost, Schedule, Risk & Reporting).
• Experience in PMO environments and governance framework exposure.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
• International exposure, preferably in KSA or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls function within a national aviation PMO.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk, or change control for the project portfolio.
• Analyze and report project information to PMO team and clients.
• Establish criteria and system setup for project controls activities.
