Job summary

A leading medical technology company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure customer project success. This role involves leading a team, coordinating stakeholders, and achieving commercial objectives. Candidates should possess a degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years' project management experience in telecommunications or similar fields. Fluent English is required; knowledge of German and Arabic is a plus.

Job description

Your tasks

• Ensuring the project and service objectives and success of customer projects and service level agreements in terms of deadlines, cost control, quality and customer satisfaction
• Leadership, management of the team in all project and service phases and developing the skills and competencies of the project and service team R&S Saudi Arabia
• Coordination of all stakeholders within the projects and service agreements inside and outside of the company
• Implementation and management of all customer projects and services within Saudi Arabia and, depending on resources and capacity utilization, also in the region of Middle East and Africa
• Operational implementation, assurance and further development of the project management framework in accordance with the specifications and guidelines of the company and the regional Project Management Office
• Responsibility for achieving commercial objectives in accordance with the company's operational requirements and needs which includes the reporting, project calculation and planning of turnover in the direction of the management
• Strong collaboration and support within the R&S organization, especially to the regional departments project and service management, system engineering, sales (all application segments) and commercial.

Your qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronic, Network or Communication technology, or a comparable field
• Many years of experience in project management in one or more of the following areas: telecommunications systems for defense, security and aviation solutions
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar field
• Proven leadership experience or ability to motivate, develop and engage teams in an international environment to achieve high performance results
• Extensive experience and expertise in managing projects based on the systems engineering model for integrating different technologies and cross-functional matrix organizations
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and analytical skills to solve complex problems
• Driven for results and highly oriented to teamwork and group collaboration
• Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written), German and Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement
