Job description

• Ensuring the project and service objectives and success of customer projects and service level agreements in terms of deadlines, cost control, quality and customer satisfaction
• Leadership, management of the team in all project and service phases and developing the skills and competencies of the project and service team R&S Saudi Arabia
• Coordination of all stakeholders within the projects and service agreements inside and outside of the company
• Implementation and management of all customer projects and services within Saudi Arabiaand, depending on resources and capacity utilization, also in the region of Middle East andAfrica
• Operational implementation, assurance and further development of the project management framework in accordance with the specifications and guidelines of the company and the regional Project Management Office
• Responsibility for achieving commercial objectives in accordance with the company's operational requirements and needs which includes the reporting, project calculation and planning of turnover in the direction of the management
• Strong collaboration and support within the R&S organization, especially to the regional departments project and service management, system engineering, sales (all application segments) and commercial.
