A well-known petrochemical company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Production Engineer with at least 15 years in the Polystyrene field. The role involves optimizing processes, preparing production reports, and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Polystyrene field (EPS, HIPS, and GPPS).
• Sound understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Strong command of written & spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit materials & energy balances to identify process efficiency.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production reports.
• Complete monthly SAP closing and handle all related SAP transactions.
• Ensure plant operation within design limits and maintain product quality.
• Optimize process parameters to achieve plant KPIs.
• Participate in technical and feasibility studies for plant projects.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor sustainability parameters and prepare sustainability reports.
• Review technical/change/vendor reports and support implementation of improvements.
• Support EHSS/Quality teams in investigation and reporting.
